1. Acceptance and Scope

By downloading, installing, or using the Kafi application, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Service Description

Kafi is a mobile application offering:

• Location-based prayer times with adhan notifications
• Qibla direction finder (compass and augmented reality)
• Holy Quran reading, translation, and tafsir
• AI-powered religious assistant
• Dua and dhikr collection
• Halal product barcode scanning
• Nearby mosque and halal restaurant finder
• Prayer tracking and statistics system
• Islamic education modules (journey)

3. Account Creation

Some features require account creation. You may register via email, phone number, Google, or Apple account. You are responsible for your account security and password confidentiality.

4. Usage Rules

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Do not access other users' accounts without authorization
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the app
• Do not share offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content
• Do not use the AI assistant for malicious purposes

5. Premium Subscription

• Premium features are available via monthly or annual subscription
• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before expiry
• Refund policy is subject to Apple and Google's respective policies

6. AI Assistant

Important Notice: Answers provided by the Kafi AI assistant are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute official religious rulings (fatwa). For definitive religious guidance, consult qualified scholars. LYC Partners does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI responses.

7. Intellectual Property

The app design, logos, source code, content, and all intellectual property rights belong to LYC Partners. These materials may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Prayer time deviations depend on location accuracy, calculation method, and time zone
• Qibla deviations depend on device sensor accuracy
• Barcode scanner results depend on database currency
• We are not liable for service disruptions due to internet connectivity issues

9. Account Suspension / Termination

Accounts violating usage rules may be suspended or permanently terminated without notice. You can delete your account via Profile → Account → Delete My Account.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved by Istanbul courts.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be notified via in-app notification. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of new terms.
